уровень зарплаты Logistics assistant

подскажите пож какой уровень зарплат принято назначать в NL для помощника логиста на полную ставку?
из умений меня интересует хороший английский устный и письменный, MS Office, из обязанностей будет работа по существующим клиентам, то есть принял заявку на перевозку, посмотрел в инструкцию по данному клиенту, отправил необходимые распоряжения перевозчику, страховщику, складу и тд; проконтролировал выполнение; выставил счет в бухпрограмке.
Если происходит что-то нестандартное, то велосипед не изобретать, обращаться к шефу, то есть ко мне. Если приводит нового клиента, то прибыль с фирмой пополам в течение 3 месяцев (это в добавок к основной зарплате)

 

нашел аналог на bluelynx.com для амстера, недорого.
с этой salary 2400 сотрудник еще 37,5% налогов заплатит? то есть на руки 1500 euro?

Our international Client in the Sportswear industry, is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The successful candidate will liaisewith other departments to coordinate the outbound shipment based on inbound shipments ensuring smooth delivery to EMEA distributors and retailers as well as ensuring proper communication internally and externally.

Job Profile for Logistics Coordinator

• Monitoring inbound shipments in relation to the outbound planning, drafting an allocation planning for each season and ensuring this is properly communicated internally and externally
• Initiate and supervise allocation process ensuring proper internal communication of the allocation process and make recommendations for improvements
• Provide customs information and documents to distributors if needed
• Review daily pending pick ticket reports from 3PL and contact 3PL in case of discrepancies or other questions
• Obtaining POD's (Proof of Delivery) if requested
• Determine the most cost effective way of shipping outbound if shipment goes on cost of STE and advise the Operations Managers on the most cost effective solution
• Create and assist the Operations Manager in creating logistics reports
• Preparing shipping documents for our European and non-European retail customers
• Create and maintain VAL instructions and get approval on cost for VAL from the Operations Manager
• Review daily stock reports and report discrepancies to the Operations manager
• Booking in X-dock shipment with retailers and register the status of the booking in the ERP sales order
• Liaise with the Customer Service team and Customer Service Manager to solve customer related issues
• Act as back up of inbound logistics coordinator and being able to operate in Customer service (mainly as back up)
• Act as a backup for the virtual receiving X-dock inbound shipment process
• Any other tasks as assigned by Customer service manager or Operations manager

Candidate Profile for Logistics Coordinator

• Fluent English & German both written and spoken, Dutch is advantageous
• MBO + education with 3 years of relevant working experience
• 2 years industry experience in logistics in an International company
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Analytical and independent
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably Navision/Axapta
• Knowledge of customs related tasks and document processing
• Able to communicate to international customers in English and German
• Good MS Office skills, in particular Excel
• Analytical
• Hands on mentality and good teamplayer

а если компания платит за обучение сотрудника, эти расходы случаем из налогов списать можно?

 

Если компания платит, то она их и списывает. А если не платит, то списать можно, за исключением первых 500 + евро

 

То есть компания точно 100% списывает расходы на обучение с налогов?
не с прибыли?
а на обучение детей с налогов компании можно списать?

 

Она списывает расходы на обучение с прибыли, а не с ваших налогов. Это ее накладные расходы. Обучение детей тоже списывается, но там есть какие-то ограничения.

 

если с прибыли, то не интересно,
в правильной компании прибыли быть не должно, одни убытки

Есть такая магистратура Maritime Economics & Logistics в Erasmus Rotterdam http://www.maritimeeconomics.com/.
По части логистики учат Supply Chain Management, Maritime Logistics, Maritime Law, Port Management, Shipping Finance, Shipping Economics & Policy, ну и в целом как обычно менеджмент и экономику. Обещают трудоустройство чуть ли не в 85% случаев. Рейтинг Эрасмуса как бизнес-школы конечно привлекает.
У меня нет опыта в логистике, есть голландский MBA и желание получить еще специализацию в актуальной живой индустрии (кроме IT). Есть ли толк в такой магистратуре, действительно ли достаточно не тупой работы в логистике в Нидерландах для таких выпускников?

Программа учит на индустриального дизайнера и дает титул PDeng Professional Doctorate in Engineering. Платят зарплату уровня 1-2 года PhD. Люди легко находят хорошую работу потом.
