It is important for you to live in the area of Amsterdam and have a valid work permit for the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the marketing and sales team with their daily tasks
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Work with questions of current customers to determine their source of issue and carry out steps for resolution

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

• Strong organizational, customer service and interaction skills, along with outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Solutions oriented with good problem solving skills
• Positive thinking
• Interest in computers
• Able to get on with others and be a team-player but can work independent
• Computer competency with Microsoft Office
• Russian - native, English - fluent.
